Notice of Copyright Infringement

C4E has established procedures for receiving written notifications of alleged copyright infringement and for processing such claims in compliance with relevant law. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), a summary of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf,

C4E will promptly respond to allegations of copyright infringement occurring on or through the C4E Platform, provided that such claims are reported to C4E's Designated Copyright Agent as outlined in the notice below.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report any purported copyright infringements taking place on or through the C4E Platforms by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to C4E HK Limited.

Upon receipt of a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement as detailed below, C4E, at its sole discretion, will undertake appropriate action, which may include the removal of or disabling access to the contested material from the C4E Platform.

In the event that C4E, upon receiving a proper DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement, proceeds to remove or disable access to the disputed material, C4E will make reasonable efforts to promptly notify the party who initially posted such disputed material on the C4E Platform that C4E has removed or disabled access to the said material. Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that the material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability. Additionally, be advised that C4E enforces a policy of terminating the C4E Accounts of, or banning, repeat infringers. A repeat infringer includes any user who has made two or more postings that C4E has removed or disabled access to pursuant to notices of infringement under these DMCA notice and takedown procedures.
