COMMUNITY POLICY

To ensure that the C4E Platform remains a secure environment where educators and learners from around the world can connect, all Members must review and agree to be bound by these community policies ("Community Policy"). Capitalized terms (including the term "C4E") used but not defined in this Community Policy have the meanings ascribed to such terms in our End User License Agreement (EULA).

Community Conduct and Content Policy

The following behaviors are prohibited on the C4E Platform. Engaging in any or all of these may result in the deletion of your account and termination of all related platform services:

  1. Spam: Refrain from sending identical messages to multiple students, mentors, or school instructors ("Members") or repeatedly posting the same message in a post, exercise, question, or other sections of the C4E Platform.
  2. Commercial Advertisements: Do not contact Members for commercial purposes or create posts or comments with a commercial intent, as this detracts from the learning community's value.
  3. Romantic Relationship Pursuit: Do not contact other Members for dating or seeking sexual partners.
  4. Harassment, Bullying, or Stalking: C4E has zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or stalking. C4E may, at its sole discretion, act on Member reports of such behavior. Repeatedly messaging another Member with unsolicited friend requests or messages constitutes harassment.
  5. Impersonation: Do not pretend to be another person for entertainment or fraudulent purposes, or attempt to mislead others by copying another Member’s avatar, using a similar username, or otherwise posing as another Member. Do not impersonate any organization or commercial venture.
  6. Posting Personal Information of Others: Do not post others' personal information, such as phone numbers, private email addresses, physical addresses, credit card numbers, passwords, or any other personally identifiable information.
  7. Threat of Violence: Do not threaten violence towards others or use the C4E Platform to organize, promote, or incite acts of real-world violence or terrorism.
  8. Hate Speech and Offensive Language: Do not post content, send messages, or take any actions that attack others based on body size, personal appearance, experience level, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition.
  9. Sexually Obscene Content: Do not post pornographic content, sexually explicit content, or content that displays nudity.
  10. Pirated Content: Do not post content that infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyright licenses.
  11. Self-Harm: Do not post content that displays, promotes, or encourages self-harm, such as self-mutilation, eating disorders, drug abuse, or suicide.
  12. Defamation: Do not post content intended to harm C4E or our brand, including the images and reputations of our employees, agents, and officers.
  13. Political or Religious Discussions: Do not initiate or participate in discussions or post images related to political or religious events or groups.

We may take the following and other actions in response to a violation of this Community Policy:

  • Remove the violating content.
  • Suspend the C4E Account of the Member that committed the violation; and/or
  • Terminate the C4E Account of the Member that committed the violation.

Reporting Violations

Among other means, we rely on Members to let us know when violations of the Community Policy occur. We do not actively monitor the C4E Platform for offensive content or other violations of this Community Policy.
