I like to challenge my students to achieve the highest ability in their music-making. I like to build good student-teacher trust so that the students will learn that we care about their success, and will work hard to get what they need.

I like to diversify my lessons, giving students several strategies to learn. I work in every lesson to be focused on the basics, etudes, solos, chamber music, and work on many different styles. Students will work on learning solos, orchestral, band, jazz band, and small groups.
