Highly trained and passionate educator with a Master of Music Performance from the University of Denver and extensive experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the prestigious Lamont School of Music. With a Baccalaureate from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) and a Music Minor from the Escuela Nacional de Música, my education spans across top institutions in both Honduras and the U.S.
I’m honored to be one of just two awardees of the SECAPPH Honduran government scholarship, which enabled me to pursue advanced studies in the U.S., cementing my expertise and dedication to the craft. Beyond my academic achievements, I have actively led and participated in community-driven projects that promote music accessibility and teaching, making a meaningful impact on both local and global communities.

With over fourteen years of classical guitar training and a rich career as a lecturer and coach in performance and music theory at both public and private institutions, I bring a deep understanding of music to every lesson. My experience includes four years as an assistant to the classical guitar ensemble and guitar quartet at UNAH, where I honed my skills in ensemble performance and advanced guitar techniques. Additionally, as one of the SECAPPH Honduran government scholarship recipients, I’ve had the privilege of studying in the U.S. at top institutions, further enriching my teaching methods.
